BEST (healthy) BAGELS EVER!

Ok ok ok so as a true New Yorker, I'm obsessed with bagels. When I heard about these two-ingredient bagels, I had to try them out. That's right. TWO INGREDIENTS, PEOPLE. A regular bagel has about 50g of carbs and 300 calories. This bagel has half of those numbers with the same amount protein and kills that bagel craving.
4 servings:
1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix the ingredients together until it's "crumbly."
-Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface. This is important because this will determine the texture of the dough. (Kneading is a pretty specific motion so I recommend YouTubing how to knead!) -Divide the dough into four parts. And roll them out so they are 3/4 inch thick. Pinch the ends together to form a circle. - Place the bagels on a lined baking sheet, and brush the bagels with an egg wash. -Add desired seasoning to the top. (I love this Trader Joe's seasoning!)
- Bake for about 25 minutes. Then remove the bagels, adjust your oven to 500 degrees, then throw them back in for another 3 minutes. (If you didn't add any seasonings, then you can do a low broil for those 3 minutes, instead.)
Enjoy!
