No-Bake PB&J Bites

Great for some pre-run energy or post-run replen!

Tested these bad boys out at the WRU run! So they are WRU Crew approved! These are great pre-workout for extra energy or post-workout for that carb replen. 💪
[No-Bake] PB&J Energy Bites
27 servings Per 1 bite: 95 calories/15g carb/ 3g fat/ 2.5g protein
-3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
-3 tbsp Chia seeds
-Pinch of salt
-1/2 cup raisins
-Dash cinnamon
-1/2 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup honey
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix the dry ingredients. Melt the peanut butter and honey in the microwave, then stir in the vanilla extract. Add this mixture to the try ingredients, then shape it.
Place the bites onto parchment paper and put in the fridge!
