I usually do abdominal workouts at the end of my workouts. There isn't much variation with this because a lot of other workouts will contribute to building abs, as well. This is more of a basic to throw into your workouts or to do at home by itself.
Notes:
- A specific weight is given because everyone has different level of fitness.
- To challenge yourself more, increase reps by 5 per exercise.
